So most of the time this place is usually soooo good. I've tasted almost all their sides and some of the stuff I normally wouldn't eat they found a way to make great. Only complaint I have is that a couple of times, this last visit included their mac n cheese or whatever it's called was old. It was almost closing time granted , but as much as I paid I would like all my food to be fresh or don't serve it ...say your out . When I opened it I could visually see it wasn't good so, if I could tell I know the people who made it knew the product was old.

Always great BBQ. It's real hard to screw up BBQ, so I usually judge a place but their side dishes. Their sides have their own unique twist and I absolutely love them. My only complaint, and reason for four start is that they need fries or tator tots or some sort of fried potato.

Came for the name, stayed for the fantastic food! I had the chopped chicken and beef brisket, which were both excellent. Tender and flavorful. For sides I got the Mac and cheese and the potato casserole. I could eat a tub of both! They do not slouch on their side dishes, even with fantastic mains! Adding the BBQ sauce from the table only adds to what is already a tasty meal.

Wonderful BBQ spot! Particularly enjoy the brisket sandwich with any of the home made sides! These sides are awesome! You must try them all. Monday and Tuesdays they offer jalapeno poppers that are to die for. You get 6 fir $5. They are worth every penny! Many options to choose from.

What can I say about such a local Legend? All of their signature meats and sauces for their amazing sides delicious garlic bread. The service is always fast and friendly the restaurant is always super well maintained if you have not eaten here, you really need to take the time.

Food was really good. Small place. Serves good barbecue and smoked meats and craft beer in a bottle. Jalapeno mac and cheese was different. Their spoon bread was close to corn casserole so it made a hit with my crowd. They have contest awards posted on the walls. Very clean place in an old part of town. Worth the trip.

It was yummy!! Green chili macaroni and cheese is awesome!! Pit ham sandwich was awesome, and the jalapeno cheddar sausage sandwich all awesome!! 😋

For good I have the smoke baloney sandwich and macaroni salad. The meat was thick but didn't have much Smokey flavor. I would have like more grill warmth and taste. The pimento cheese topping is a nice touch and had a nice cheesy flavor. The macaroni salad is tasty but had a bit of a heavy mayo test.
